Axiom Originals (“we”) operates this website. For anything about your data, write to hello@axiomoriginals.com.

• The contact form. Your name, work email, company, an indication of expected revenue, and the message you write. We use it to answer you and, if a conversation follows, to prepare that conversation. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you started, and performance of a contract where one follows.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records the IP address, requested URL, time, browser type and referrer of each request for security and to keep the site running. Logs are kept for a short period and are not combined with contact-form data except to investigate abuse.
• The contact API’s rate limit. To stop automated submissions we count recent submissions per IP address in memory for ten minutes. Nothing is written to disk.

We do not run advertising, tracking or analytics scripts, and we do not buy or sell personal data.

The playable demos run entirely in your browser. Demo credits, seeds and round history are stored in your browser’s local storage under keys beginning with axiom:demo and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser storage removes them. No account exists and nothing of value is at stake.

The site sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider may set a technical cookie to protect preview deployments; it carries no personal data.

• Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), which serves the site and keeps the request logs described above.
• Our transactional-email provider (Resend, Inc.), which delivers contact-form messages to our inbox. Your message and email address pass through their systems.
• Our own email provider, where your message ends up.

These providers process data on our instructions. Some of them operate outside the country you write from; they rely on standard contractual safeguards for such transfers.

Contact-form messages are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to twenty-four months afterwards, so we can pick a thread back up. Messages that lead to a commercial agreement are kept as part of that agreement’s records. Server logs are rotated by our hosting provider on a short schedule.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Email hello@axiomoriginals.com and we will answer within a month. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen and the demos are not directed at them.

When this page changes we update the date at the top. Material changes to what we collect will be described here before they take effect. See also our terms of use.
