Questions operators ask
- How is GGR measured?
- Bets minus wins on our games, per month, in the settlement currency we agree. You see it in your own ledger and in our statements, and the two must reconcile before an invoice is due.
- What does the percentage look like?
- It depends on tier, exclusivity and volume, and it steps down as your originals grow. We put a number on the table in the first call once we know your markets and expected GGR.
- Is there a setup fee or a minimum?
- No. Design, integration and launch are covered by the share. If your originals make nothing, we make nothing.
- Who hosts the games?
- We do by default, on infrastructure dedicated to you. Self-hosting is available for regulated markets that require it.
- Who owns what?
- Your skin, assets, names and any title invented for you are yours. The engine and our catalog remain ours and are licensed for as long as we work together.
- What about certification?
- The engine is deterministic and fully tested, which makes lab certification straightforward. We prepare the submission for the labs your jurisdiction requires; lab fees are passed through at cost.
- How do we get paid?
- Monthly, against a statement, in fiat or stablecoins.
