Terms of use

Axiom Originals (“we”) designs and builds original casino games for licensed operators. This website presents that service to businesses. It is not a casino, it does not offer gambling to the public, and nothing on it is an invitation to wager. If you are not acting for a business, you may still browse, but the site is not addressed to you.

• The demos run in your browser on demo credits that have no value, cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged, and can be reset at any time. Your browser plays the role of the house; in a production deployment the operator’s server holds the seed.
• The demos exist to show how our games work. They are not a service, carry no availability promise, and we may change or remove them at any time.
• The verifier recomputes a round from the seeds you enter. It is provided for information; the authoritative record of any real round is the operator’s.
• You must be at least eighteen years old to use the demos. Do not use them where such demonstrations are unlawful.

You agree not to:

• send automated or bulk submissions through the contact form, or otherwise interfere with the site’s operation;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site or its providers without our written permission;
• misrepresent the demos as real-money games or present this site as an offer of gambling to anyone;
• copy the site’s design, artwork, copy or code for a competing offering.

The site, its text, artwork, game designs, names, and the software behind the demos and the verifier belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site and run the demos for evaluation. Any other use, including reproduction of the artwork or the game designs, needs our written permission. The provably fair scheme itself is a public cryptographic construction and is not claimed as ours.

Where we quote figures about third-party verifiers or public test vectors, those verifiers remain the property of their owners and we claim no association with them.

We try to keep everything here accurate, and the numbers we quote about our games are taken from our engine’s test suite. Even so, the site is a general presentation: it is not an offer capable of acceptance, and the games, features, timelines and commercial terms described may change. Any offer we make is made in writing, to you, in a signed agreement.

Nothing here is legal or regulatory advice. Whether and how our games may be offered in a given market is a matter for the operator and its licence.

The site and the demos are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties about them and accept no liability for loss arising from their use or unavailability, including loss of demo credits, loss of data stored in your browser, or reliance on information presented here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when we last did. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Axiom Originals is established, and any dispute about them is subject to the courts there, unless a signed agreement between us says otherwise.
